STUPID FREAKING JERKS!!!

So this afternoon I get into my car only to realize that some punk hoodlum kid had gotten in there the night before and stolen some cash I had in the middle console and my SWEET swiss army knife.UGHGHUGHGHGHGHHGHG!!!!!!! There are no words (well, there are...but my blog is g-rated and I intend to keep it that way) to describe how upset I was. I really don't care about the money (it was like 8 dollars...but it was ice cream money!!)...but I really did like my knife. What really makes me mad is that someone was in MY car going through MY stuff...a total violation. I HATE IT!!!! Seriously, I hate people who steal. THOSE LOW DOWN GOOD FOR NOTHING HOOLIGANS!!!!!!! And-I ALWAYS lock the car; except the last time I went somewhere I was in a hurry to get Easton out and I had groceries in the trunk and it was hot and he was crying...so I just forgot to that time. It kills me-the ONE time I don't lock the door someone gets in there. I'M SO MAD! It could have been a lot worse I guess. We're pretty sure it was just some kid looking for whatever was easy...nothing got messed up or broken, so that's good. But I'm still ticked. Oh yea, and how is it that we lived in the ghetto on Oak Patch in Eugene (the petty theft capital of the US) for 3 years and never had one problem...and then we move into a nice neighborhood and that's when our car gets broken into? Lame.

You might have pushed your blog into the PG territory by using the word "freaking."

Well I am really sorry, because I was the one who stole your ice cream money, because I don't like ice cream so I am ridding the world of everyone's ice cream money and giving the money to the poor (you know, like robin hood). And I needed the pocket knife because I need a haircut and I can't find my scissors.

I am really sorry that a dumb thing like that had to happen! Dumb teenage kids!

Darn it! That is so sad. I am sorry that had to happen to you. I can feel your anger. It's funny because for a second I thought steve's post was my dad. But then I remembered and figured it was most likely your husband's post. haha... anyway, sorry about the mishap...better luck in the future!

Where did you find that photo???? I was thinking, what did her camera go off right at the right moment? but then I think the thief would have stolen the camera too.

I hate the violation that someone went through your stuff. Oh that is sucks. Sorry Em!

Funny story though...one time I left my car unlocked in our driveway and I got in it the next morning and I thought it smelled like smoke. So I looked to see if anything was stolen (there was nothing to steal) so I told Brian that I thought a homeless person slept in my car. I think I imagined it all. Or Brian secretly smoked in my car one time.

That's really funny that Danielle said that, because I was wondering the same thing! My mom made it so my dad can comment, and I couldnt' tell if it was him or not- the comments could have been you know? ha! Anyway- That sucks so bad. I'm so sorry. I hate thiefs too. Man, that just sucks so bad because it was your icecream money, and your really ice swissarmy knife. Man, that is aweful! I know you want this to stay G-rated- but I personally feel that everytime someone steals, one of their hands should be cut off. And then...have to deal with the humiliation that everyone knows they've stolen, and #2, they've lost their hand! You probably think I'm a raging political freak with my poem and now criminal punishment! Ha! But growing up- haha- my dad at the dinner table- whenever some stealing story would come up- he would say, "You know what I would do if I were in charge of the law?" "what dad?" I would cut off their hand," or maybe it was fingers, I don't know- but just for kicks- he also said that for rapists, he would have their penis' cut off- put into a jar, and be used for the hall pass in highschools- to remind every teenage boy what will happen if he rapes a girl. hhaha- But- my dad isn't in charge of the world-so...don't worry- it won't happen. I love you! I'm so sorry that happened. Sorry if I shared too much information! I don't know when to stop!

Oh, Emily, I'm so sorry! I unfortunately also know firsthand what it's like to be robbed! Cool picture, though. Is it an actual photograph of the incident? :)I also didn't know you carried around such a sweet knife. Do you have a permit for that?
