Stamp Camp

I'm only allowed to make 2 of each card at stamp camp, but I wanted to tell all of my fellow bloggers how great you are. My sister actually made this one, but hers always turn out cuter than mine, so I used hers for the blog.
We had tons of fun last night eating and stamping and chatting. I really love stamp camps but sometimes they are so long, and by the end I just want to get done, so a lot of times the last cards I make are just plain old sloppy, or I just skip them altogether. But I'm so not creative on my own, so it's fun to come and put together someone else's ideas, and then when you give it to someone they think you are amazing and so talented! But, yesterday I was asking Leann and my mom if they are like me and have to think long and hard about who they are going to send their cards too. I mean, it has to be someone really special, because not anyone can get one of my cards that I spent FOREVER making. I always think to myself, "is this person going to appreciate the craftiness that went into this, because if not then they don't get one..." I discovered that I'm not the only one who thinks this thought.
Anyway, it's good to be back in Eugene for a few days...I loved seeing some of you girls again (which I will blog about later) and it's fun to see the fam, but I'm missing Steve and so is Easton. We'll be home soon!

How fun! I stamp sometimes too! My mother-in-law invites me to card clubs all the time. I am not that creative on my own either. I also can't handle the long days of stamping. I like to do it, but after an hour or two I am tired. I think it gets exhausting thinking up all those ideas and actually doing them! Tell Jenni I fixed my blog so that she can comment now! You all looked so cute in the picture:)

I LOVED stamp camp! Was it as Jessica's? I miss that so badly! SO fun and cute! I'm with you on only giving the cards to ppl who will appreciate them! It's very disappointing when you are not appreciated for the work you did, even if it wasn't your own idea!

emily, you are sooo beautiful. It was so fun to the pic of all of you. Those are fun days that you will always treasure. It was fun to see your mom and leann also in the pic. Is leann's hair blonde? not a stamper, so no comments there, I just buy my cards at costco. We can't all be that crafty.

Oh Sharon you're funny! I'm not crafty either, it's not in my blood.

It looks like you are having fun visiting home. It makes me really jealous, I can't wait to go home to visit.

I love card making, I have been trying to make a whole bunch lately to sell at the local farmers market, but I dont have enough yet. I also really miss my card exchange group in Tigard.

You all are so darn cute in those pictures!

When the heck did Leanne become blond? I am so excited for Jamba Juice. I am so cheap I never get the little luxuries. Anyway. I love you. You are so beautiful. I know you have no idea. But I think it every time I see you.

Thanks for the card. I appreciate it. I tend to hoard all of my cute cards too, waiting for the perfect recipient. More times than not, though, I forget that I have the "perfect" card in the first place and go out and buy something. Lame, I know.

Sorry I missed out on Jamba Juice! I was in Portland yesterday. Rats.

It was so fun seeing you. I need to send you the cutest picture of you and Thomas. I don't have a picture with him as cute as this picture. Perhaps I will have you photoshop my face in over yours :)

We're in Nh, but I'm at mom's for 1 more week...which will be 7 weeks total and I'm ready for home! Todd has 2 more years in Law School and then it's off to who knows where. What are you up too? And yes I do have 3 now!

I've come to grips with the realization that you have more friends than me. I have to create a poll and then email AND text everyone I know telling them to check my blog AND comment in order to get even half the comments you get on yours on a daily basis. So enjoy the fact that you are so loved! And how come all your other girls have seen you yet but I haven't? If you leave back to Idaho and I don't get to see you.....you're gonna get it!

You make me smile too! How fun. I miss going to stamp camps. It is the best way to be crafty - with lots of friends and someone else does the creative work.

I am not crafty either, but I do love stamp camp and I haven't been to one in a while. I just sent out my very last stamp camp thank you card to the docs at my first rotation. I think they deserved it...yeah?

Good choice Chelsea...I'd say if they put up with you and your pee skirt they definitely deserve a fancy card!
