Walking and Shopping

We have more visitors this week...Aimee and Ryan came to stay with us for the weekend. Today we went down to the Primm outlets and shopped all of the magical stores. Easton, not loving to be in his stroller too much anymore, had more fun making one of us carry him a lot of the time. Then he discovered that pushing the stroller around backwards was fun. He did this for awhile in the hallways until I was worried he would run into someone. I was excited because he really hasn't shown a lot of interest in walking recently. It was cute to watch, even if he was just pushing the stroller. Anyway, it was good times at the mall...and way good times later that evening when Easton showed off his walking skills...this time without the stroller!

Easton with Uncle Ryan...all shopped out!

Here's the walker!

Whoa baby! That's awesome! Darren told me this morning about your text message and so I had to see first thing this morning if it was on your blog yet. And you don't disappoint. How fun to be able to see his first steps instead of just hear about them! Thanks for sharing. Your little baby is growing up.

What a talented boy! I need to start showing that clip to Thomas to get him inspired to walk more than two steps.

Oh, I hope I have a girl one day so she can hook up with your cute Easton (you know, if things don't work out with the zillion other girls he is already hooked up with).

Your kid is so Jolley. He looks so much like your fam. I don't know your hubby's family though, so I could be off. That shopping trip sounds exhausting. I think you, Rose and I should get together soon. Maybe if you wanted to take a road trip (only 4 hours) you could come out and visit. Rose could teach us how to make some cool holiday treats or something. Think about it...

Ok. If you're really smart -stick out your foot next time he tries that and trip him. After they start walking, your life will never be the same. No longer will anything really be baby proof. Good Luck.

Oh! I LOVE the first steps! So exciting! How fun for you and your little family to have it on video! We had to lure Shailey with chicken to finally get her to walk. Lol! Glad Easton did it on his own! :o)
