More Grandma Fun!

I was so excited when my mil decided to stick with tradition by coming in October as she has done the past 2 years. Let's keep that up, ok Lani? It gives her a break from school and middle schoolers (not that we don't all love middle schoolers), and the rapidly cooling weather in Idaho, gives me a break from toddler duty, and makes Easton the happiest little boy in the world for 3 days. Everybody wins!

For some reason, Easton was terrified of his own swing, but was perfectly content sitting on grandma's lap. We also went to Boulder City again to ride the train. I love that little town.
Since Lani has been here a few times, we didn't do too many touristy things and mostly hung around home or at the park (and geocaching of course, I like to get my fix). I hope it wasn't boring, we want her to come back!

I know I sound like a broken record, but come on. You need to visit your MIL in Idaho.

You owe it to me. I mean her. Okay, I mean me.

I'm sure it's never boring with Easton around! That's all a Grandma needs to keep entertained. I know my mom wouldn't need anything else. Glad you guys had fun.

I LOVE getting visitors, sometimes I think poor Maddie must get so bored with me! I know last week I was a little bored with myself :) I hope you keep getting visitors so you can have some breaks...they are much needed and soooo nice!

I loved every minute of my visit!! My only complaint is there were only 24 hours in the day! I wanted to squeeze more time in there somewhere! Easton was so loving and warm from the minute he yelled Gramma Rogers and came running with his arms out strecthed to give me a hug and a kiss! PRICELESS! I adore the way he reads book to himself during the day and listens to you read them at night!Loved the Popcorn song! I hate that Vegas is so far away!!

I love it when family comes and you get to have some time to think and they get to enjoy the duties of grandma for a minute. :)
Also love the pictures of Rexburg. I miss that place so much. I can't believe how much it has changed! and I didn't realize how much you and Jenni look alike!
