To Owner of Annoying Dog

Seriously, how is it possible that you could not hear your dog barking incessantly for over an hour last night? Steve and I lay in bed between the hours of 11 and 1, thinking up several scenarios in which we silence your dog, and I'm not gonna lie; most of them weren't very nice. We tried everything to drown out the noise; turned the fan up full blast, put in our ear plugs...nothing worked. I hate your dog.

Just so that everyone else can hear what we heard last night, I found this little video. It will help if you close your eyes. And you probably have to listen to it 11 or 12 times to get the full effect.

Are you sure you want to move?

I mean, how much are you going to miss blogging about that dog?

Doesn't it just make you want to get a dog so you can spread that kind of joy to all? Good times.

First of all, that is seriously annoying. Second of all, why would someone video record their dog barking?

Ok so I totally feel your pain we have townhomes that butt up against our back fence and one of them has 3 HUGE DOGS 3! I don't even know if that's legal and they bark all day and all night!

I'm mad too, because this makes you hate dogs, and dogs are great, but owners can be stupid! What kind of dorkwads would let their dog do that? Don't hate the dog, hate the owners.

I would just give them a polite note or something. They need to know that's not okay.

I bet you and Steve came up with some really funny ideas about how to silence the dog...tehe

It's hard to hate the owners, they were not the ones out there barking....but it would be way funnier if it was the owners barking and not the dog.

Ok so I am just now catching up on my blogs... so I have to say I am so excited for you to be having a little girl! I would find a way to pop the dog with a bb gun! Just enough to get it to shut up!
I love your house it is so way cute! What a great deal.
I am happy to see all is going good in your lives. Take care, mandy

That wasn't your neighbor's dog. Porsche and I went on a walk by your house the other night and stood outside your house for two hours.

You should ask Uncle Val what to do. I can't remember the details just that he had the same thing happen and I think he showed up on their door step in his pjs with a few words.

They sell these things that send out a noise that only dogs can hear and its supposed to keep them quiet... our neighbors tried it on the people across the street... if you weren't moving soon I'd say invest in one!

Lame! This is one of the reasons I think dogs belong inside! Good thing you're out of there pretty soon.

kay so the whole time I was in Vegas I was like, I wonder how close em's house is to downtown, or the strip or whatever, because you know how like we say to people who don't know oregon that we're from Eugene, or the Eugene area etc? I didn't know if you lived IN vegas you know? PLUS this trip was a very "alone" trip. we barely even made any phone calls...so know that i did think of you, but don't be mad we didn't visit. We might be coming through again @ the end of May, but I'll see you sooner than that at sistee's wedding!
LOVE YER FACE! And I am so excited to see your fat cute belly!

Isn't there a noise ordinance in your town? You may be able to complain.

I HATE DOGS!!(sorry Jill, I love you) but I definitely would have pulled a pregnancy thing and gone over after about 30 minutes and said I need my sleep. Maybe the owners weren't home?
