Halloween Highlights

Well, this was just the most fun Halloween...kids just make everything more fun (usually). I'm very lazy right now, but here are my favorite pictures.
The Jolley tradition of spooky dinner continues. We had delicious vampire vomit, skeleton bones and scarecrow guts...mmmmmm.

Easton and Nathan were the best trick or treaters. Easton kept forgetting that knocking on the door is key to getting your candy and he would just run up to the door and would yell "Trick or Treat!!!" before even knocking on it. Then they would both say, "open the door please, pretty please!!!" So funny.
Umm...adorable.

Thanks to the Mathews (above) and Burns(below) for coming. The Burns had their baby girl the very next day. I guess spooky dinner just spooked her on out!

Other highlights were:
Trunk or treat with Claire
Easton's ghetto Buzz costume
Playgroup party

Can't wait until next year and now I'm so excited for my favorite holiday...THANKSGIVING!

Yummy Spooky Dinner! I love Easton's ghetto costume. He looks like he is LOVING it, so who cares if it's ghetto? Claire is adorable too!

So much to say... I'm so proud of your successful spooky dinner! It looks awesome! Also, the costumes are SO GOOD! And I completely agree with you that Halloween is a million times more fun with kids! I have the image of him yelling TRICK OR TREAT with the door closed and it's hilarious! hahahaha so cute!!!! I'm so glad it was so fun!

Also, are you wearing short sleeves while trick or treating??????

and yes... bring on thanksgiving!!!

Great pictures, Emily! I really enjoyed them.

Um, our Buzz Lightyear costume is way more ghetto.

Our kids can get together and start a costume-deprived kid gang.

SO cute, okay first of all...you look GORGEOUS!!! also, I cannot believe you are wearing short sleeves and FLIP FLOPS trick or treating. In Utah and such places kids have to plan their costumes according to freezing weather conditions. Carly looks adorable!!! So glad you had fun! Especially with a spooky dinner!

So adorable! Glad you all had such a fun Halloween and that you had Spooky dinner. Easton's costume looks great to me and it looks like he loved it. Kids do make it so fun. I hope you are writing down all the cute things he says. Tonight I saw a lady bug in the living room and dad started screaming:)

There is something wrong with trick-or-treating in flip flops and short sleeves.

Your Buzz looks mighty cute. Sounds like he had a bunch of fun. I'm glad Halloween is over, on to the best 2 holidays ever.

Easton might be the best looking Buzz EVER! He's so cute. You and Carly are looking pretty great too. I like your new hair cut! Bangs?!

Looks like so much fun! I love that you were able to go out in just a t-shirt and flip-flops! I had to wear a long sleeved shirt but it beats the cold, rainy weather that people who grow up in Oregon have to deal with on Halloween. :o) I am SO ready for Thanksgiving now! And then bring on MY favorite holiday...Christmas!!

vampire vomit, skeleton bones and scarecrow guts...okay I give up
what are those things????

Easton can come yell Trick or Treat at my door anytime!

I would have loved to seen Easton and Brennen together with their Buzz costumes. They are just too cut! Carly's first Halloween she is so adorable!

I agree that short sleeves and flip flops are just wrong on Halloween!
