My Newest Nephew

Joshua!
My sister Melanie and her husband were recently able to adopt this cutie after being foster parents to him for most of his life. This was m y first time being able to meet him; at the sealing in the Sacramento Temple. Thanks to my wonderful husband and great friends, I left (sadly) my family behind and went by myself. I was so glad I was able to be there. I am so happy for my sister, whom I never get to see, and it meant a lot to me to be a part of her special day.

Joshie and big brother Ben

My niece and nephew, Beth and Nick. I caught them both smiling at the same time! I love these kids, but it's so weird, they are all grown up now.

Spending time with my parents and sister was just what I needed, we had a great day at the temple.

The happy family of 7!

This little cutie is baby Scarlet. My oldest and dearest friend, Megan lives in Medford, so I flew in to spend the night with her before heading down to Sacramento. It was a really short visit but great nonetheless. I love chatting with Megan...she's one of those friends I wish could live right next to me in my dream cul-de-sac. Her baby is gorgeous and SO GOOD. She smiles all the time and is so happy, she was so fun to snuggle. Thanks for having me Megs!

SUPER great picture of Joshie to start with, he looks heavenly just like the day was. Good thing it was Easter because the three of us look like an easter basket and those are darling picture of Joshie and Ben and Nick and Beth.

I forgot that I didn't have my camera. Thanks for those, if there are more please email them to me.

So glad you came, it was wonderful to spend even that little time with you. Oh and thanks for posting the photo of Scarlet too, she is so cute!
Love you so much.
